Swizz Beatz on The Real Report

Description

Swizz Beatz joins Tony Yayo and Uncle Murda on The Real Report for stories behind Ruff Ryders, DMX, and some of hip-hop’s biggest records. Swizz recalls discovering $750,000 in royalty checks he thought were fake, breaks down his massive producer fees, and explains why DMX initially didn’t want to record “Ruff Ryders’ Anthem.” He also shares how he learned Michael Jackson had a crush on Alicia Keys, remembers visiting Michael’s home, and explains why he turned down an offer to take home his “Thriller” plaque. Plus: working with Beyoncé, Eve’s missed Patrón opportunity, supporting Lil Durk, collecting art and rare cars, and building Verzuz with Timbaland.
