Rockstar Games is giving fans a deeper look at the music that will shape Grand Theft Auto VI, officially revealing six in-game radio stations featuring some major names from music and pop culture.

The newly announced lineup includes stations hosted by Bad Bunny, Burna Boy, Lana Del Rey, Morgan Wallen, Robyn, Trick Daddy, Trina, Kerry King and Tom Araya, among others. The stations will help soundtrack players’ journeys across Vice City and the fictional state of Leonida when GTA VI launches on November 19, 2026.

One of the biggest additions is Cocoteo FM, a Latin-focused station hosted by Bad Bunny and Puerto Rican singer RaiNao. Inside the game, the pair will perform as fictional DJs El Martillo and La Gata, spinning a mix of reggaeton, dembow, bachata, merengue and other modern Latin sounds.

RaiNao said the station was designed to represent the language, personality, traditions and energy of Latin and Caribbean culture. The station could become one of the more prominent musical destinations in the game given Vice City’s strong Miami-inspired setting and the region’s deep connection to Latin music.

Rockstar is also leaning into Southern and country culture with Back Country Radio. The station will feature Morgan Wallen and Lana Del Rey as hosts under the names MW and Delta Dawne. Del Rey’s husband, Jeremy Dufrene, will also appear as a character named Mud Dog Mike, serving as a roving reporter, swamp meteorologist and airboat captain.

The station is being described as a home for renegade country music, fitting the broader Leonida setting, which draws inspiration from Florida and the American South.

Another major station is AfroBank FM, which will spotlight African music, amapiano and 3-step. Burna Boy and DJ/producer Palms Trax will serve as the station’s hosts, appearing in the game as Burna and Palmsy.

The inclusion of Burna Boy gives GTA VI another global music connection and reflects how much the franchise’s soundtrack has expanded beyond traditional American hip-hop, rock and pop.

Rock and metal fans will also have their own dedicated station. The Chamber 106.6 will be hosted by Slayer members Kerry King and Tom Araya, who will appear as DJ Kerry and DJ Tom. The station will focus heavily on metal and heavier rock music.

For pop listeners, Flash FM is returning with Robyn and model Alex Consani serving as its on-air personalities. The pair will appear under their own first names and will guide players through the station’s pop-focused programming.

Hip-hop fans, meanwhile, will get Dirty South Classics, a station built around Southern rap history. Miami legends Trick Daddy and Trina will host the station, giving players a direct connection to the sound that helped define South Florida hip-hop.

That station could be particularly significant considering GTA VI’s return to Vice City. Trick Daddy and Trina were both central figures in Miami rap during the late 1990s and 2000s, making them natural choices to guide players through classic Southern and Florida records.

Rockstar also confirmed a major change to how players can experience audio in GTA VI. For the first time in the franchise, the game will feature on-demand podcasts, expanding beyond the traditional talk-radio format used in earlier titles.

Players also will not have to be inside a vehicle to continue listening to music. Main characters Jason and Lucia will be able to use headphones through their in-game smartphones, allowing radio stations and other audio content to continue playing while they walk around the open world.

That change represents a significant evolution from previous Grand Theft Auto games, where radio programming was primarily experienced while driving. It could make music an even more constant part of exploration and gameplay throughout Leonida.

The new radio announcement follows the earlier reveal of Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album, a 34-song companion project created to accompany the game. The soundtrack includes original music from artists such as Travis Scott, Rauw Alejandro, PinkPantheress, Keith Richards, CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso and others.

Rockstar has also made it clear that the six revealed stations are only part of the final lineup. Additional stations covering classic rock, blues, electronic music, talk radio and other genres are expected to be announced before launch.

Music has always been one of the defining parts of the Grand Theft Auto experience. Previous games became known for radio stations that mixed carefully selected songs with fictional commercials, celebrity DJs, comedy and talk programming.

With GTA VI, Rockstar appears to be expanding that formula significantly by combining international stars, regional music legends, podcasts and portable listening options.

The involvement of artists such as Bad Bunny, Burna Boy, Lana Del Rey, Trick Daddy and Trina also reinforces the global scale Rockstar is aiming for with the game’s soundtrack.

With even more stations still to be revealed, the music of Grand Theft Auto VI is shaping up to be one of the most ambitious audio experiences in the franchise’s history ahead of the game’s November 19 release.
