Drake is already looking ahead to his next major moves after a busy 2026. During the premiere and livestream of his highly anticipated FOMO project, the Toronto superstar revealed that he plans to return to the road while also previewing an unreleased collaboration with Don Toliver.
The developments arrived during Drake’s September 15 FOMO event, which gave fans a closer look at what he has been working on following an unusually active year of releases. According to HotNewHipHop, Drake confirmed during the premiere that he is preparing to tour again, with the upcoming run expected to take place in 2027. However, official tour dates, cities, venues and supporting acts have not yet been announced.
The potential tour would give Drake an opportunity to bring a large amount of new material to the stage. In 2026, he released three projects—ICEMAN, HABIBTI and MAID OF HONOUR—giving him an extensive collection of new songs to add alongside hits from his career-spanning catalog.
While fans will have to wait for more information regarding the tour, Drake also used the FOMO livestream to preview new music with Don Toliver.
The unreleased collaboration features both artists leaning heavily into their melodic sides. HotNewHipHop described the track as a ballad, with Drake and Toliver singing throughout the preview. The snippet confirmed recent speculation that the two artists had been working together, although an official song title and release date have not yet been revealed.
The collaboration comes at an interesting time for both artists. Don Toliver has been enjoying a major year of his own and recently confirmed that he plans to release another album titled Nitrous before the end of 2026. A Drake collaboration could potentially become part of that upcoming project, although neither artist has confirmed where the song will ultimately appear.
Drake and Toliver have also strengthened their public connection in recent months. Drake made a surprise appearance during Toliver’s Toronto concert, adding to speculation that the two had new music on the way. The FOMO preview has now confirmed that at least one collaboration exists.
The track was one of several unreleased pieces of music incorporated into Drake’s FOMO presentation. Rather than immediately revealing FOMO as a traditional album, the livestream unfolded as an extended visual project incorporating previously released music alongside new snippets.
That format kept fans guessing about what FOMO ultimately represents. Leading into the livestream, speculation ranged from a new album to a short film or larger music campaign. The event included material connected to Drake’s recent releases while also offering glimpses of music that has yet to arrive officially.
The possibility of even more new music is notable considering how active Drake has already been this year. Following the releases of ICEMAN, HABIBTI and MAID OF HONOUR, a new collaboration with Toliver suggests he may not be finished releasing music before turning his attention toward touring.
A new tour would also mark the next major stage of Drake’s current era. While HotNewHipHop reports that the run appears to be planned for 2027, Drake has not yet provided enough information to determine whether it will focus on one particular album or serve as a larger tour covering all three of his 2026 projects.
There is also no confirmation yet regarding whether Don Toliver could join Drake on the road. Still, the timing of their unreleased collaboration and their recent appearances together gives fans another reason to watch how the partnership develops.
For now, two things are becoming clear: Drake is preparing to tour again, and new music with Don Toliver is officially in the works. With a potential 2027 tour approaching and additional unreleased music beginning to surface through FOMO, Drake appears to be carrying his busy 2026 momentum directly into the next year.
